Casting about for light.

We are all Pirate Kings and Queens

casting about for our dreams

checking all the seams

for rip-tides,

We are all ships that sail

without fail

that is the tale

of our horizon,

We all have our nets and lines

and all the fishing signs

watching for sunken mines

that charge the depth,

we all must find the place

without harsh wind in our face

a warm fire lit with grace

a safe harbor.

The vine is an ocean.

Anger --Fear--Hope

Twisted gauntlet of emotion.

One says "wrong!" Two more say "right!'

Well meant struggles, turn to a life or death fight

Share your dreams

Your feelings you vet

Suddenly you find yourself

In a cunning trolls net.

Thoughts of yours are considered obtuse

Dull - Insensible- Indistinct

An ocean filled with multiple obvolutes

Logic itself is no longer succinct.

Yet keep casting our lines

Intent on subvening

For our future in time.

Subteraqeous the succubus call to us

Succor is offered, unity through immersion

Beneath their subumbrella,

An intent of subversion.

Sorry Vlad, I thought I clicked over to my private site. Oh well, you inspired it, heck you even titled it .LOL. So I'll leave it, if you can stand it you can read it. Just remember, I think in the abstract.

P.S. S was the letter of the day on Sesame Street, also an inspiration.

Vlad's dog

Public TV, education and politics, I see the connection. hehehehehehe

The succubus always scare me though.

I like how both our poems tell the same thing.

Art is all subjectivity inside an object world, some might even say an objectionable world.
