I have watched this campaign since the primaries and boy has it been tanking ever since Mitt won the primaries. Somewhere along the line Mitt thought this would all be another easy win for him in the general election. Here is where his bubble started inflating.
Now the bubble is slowly imploding on Mitt and he can't get out of it.
First his foreign affairs trip that made him look less than stellar in that realm. Mitt took some damage there but he sort of bounced back from all that news.
His tax return story hasn't really gone away but it was sidelined a bit till Mitt's 47% thing came out, which brings the tax return issue back into play again.
His convention manipulation that pissed off Ron Paul supporters didn't help him and no bounce from the convention shows a real lack of enthusiasm for Mitt in the GOP party as a whole.
Then Mitt and Ann tried to play the "every guy" routine by talking about struggle which fell flat on its face.
Then Ann's word on how Hispanic voters may be bigots.
Then Ann's words on how woman should "wake up", as if all other woman but her are blind to what's going on in the world today.
Then Ann's words on how her horse has more class than some humans.
Then the "it's so hard" whine and cheese parade came out forgetting the "we struggled too" argument days earlier.
Now Mitt and Ann are up against political pundits in their own party who are now analyzing the campaign with a more critical focus as the election gets near.
Mitt and his wife have done more damage to his campaign than any other issue right now. He is on a road of fixing his words daily which means his message is NOT getting traction any where on the road to victory.
I received a Mitt Romney mailer last week, here is the message- Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan's plan for a Stronger Middle Class: A Plan for More Jobs and More Take Home Pay, Energy Independence, Skills to Succeed, Trade That Works for America, Cut the Deficit, Champion Small Business.
This campaign is called The Comeback Team on this mailer and they promise America's Middle Class Will be Stronger.
This was the most use of capital letters I have ever seen, as if capital letters makes it more real and truth-ier.
Hey Mitt, the card says THE MOOPS not The Moors, you lose baby.
Now, pull my finger Mitt so you can smell the desperation that we all smell.
