Let me first start out by saying, "I am no angel", and we would be hard pressed to find any human that is angelic in every part of their life all the time. All of us could point at times when we have been crude and rude in public and in private. Sitting around with friends having drinks and joking can bring out our crudest nature and we can all sit and laugh at how crude we can get at times. But we are usually not consistently that crude all the time. Many of us know when to ratchet down our crude side in many public and private situations, we may think something crude, but in the end, we know it would not be acceptable and just keep our trap shut.
Donald Trump has not learned that one important lesson that at times crude is just not acceptable. And being a candidate for the highest office in our country, he should have learned and know by now that a President must watch what they say in public and in private all the time. It is not that Mr Trump is just normally crude at certain times, there is the simple fact that he is consistently crude on many subjects, and his long history stating crude things in interviews, speech's and off hand comments, is out there, in print and on video, for all of us to see.
Some folks defend Mr Trump's crudity as "telling it like it is", and I wonder if they would like Mr Trump to "tell it like it is" to their family members while sitting in their own homes with them. Would men be happy to hear Donald talk about their wives and daughters the same way he speaks about other woman? Would they just laugh and go along with "the joke" and still think he would make a great leader? Would woman just fold up and ignore his crudest jibes just because they want him to be President?
I am hard pressed to find any subject where Donald has not shown his crude and callous attitude. Well, maybe when it comes to speaking about himself, but he has even said rather crude things about his own family in public over the years, which makes me wonder even more about why he goes to crude all the time. His constant need to denigrate anything and anybody at any given moment, is a sure sign that this man's mind is filled with so much crudeness, that he lacks a basic respect for many things that we all hold dear.
Donald Trump is an ugly man who is unable to rise above his own crude and self absorbed nature. The Oval Office would not change Donald Trump into a better person, in fact, having that much power in his hands would only make him more crude I think.
If I had to sit with this man in a bar for a long period of time I would be hard pressed not to punch him in the nose. Of course I think he would just love that to happen more often because then he would get more attention.
How can anyone hold this man up as a great example for President?
